Survey on Services in China !China's growing service sector is back in December to its lowest level in four months due to a deterioration in business prospects , a government survey showed Friday , a new element suggesting a slowdown in the second largest economy in late 2013 .
The official PMI index returned 54.6 against 56.0 in November , said the National Bureau of Statistics .
